Guide to Booking Me
- Below are ways you can book me.
- Please contact me first to find out if the date you want is available, include as much information as you can regarding your event. Where is it being held?, what type of event is it?, how many hours you need me?
- Email me using the form below or contact me by phone. Text or call me 07503 170234 or contact me on Facebook.
- If I don't answer the phone leave me a voicemail message or text. Sometimes it is not possible for me to answer the phone, especially if I am working (I may be in the middle of painting someone). I will call or text you back as soon as possible.
- You can now download copies of the booking form making it even easier to book me. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the appropriate form.
- Please note that the booking is not confirmed until we have both signed the forms.
- We should both have a completed copy of both the Booking Form and Disclaimer for our records at the end of the booking process. This forms our contract.

This booking form is for events where you will be paying me at my hourly rate
Booking form for Bump Art
Use this booking form if you would like to have your bump painted.

This booking form is for pay per face events. (The public pay me)

If you are holding a baby shower please use this form

If you are having your bump painted for charity you can use this form.

Booking by Email
If you have a printer and a scanner you can book me by email.
- Once you have contacted me and you know I am available on the date you require, you can download and print off the booking form and disclaimer relevant to your needs.
- Fill them in, making sure you sign them, then scan them and send back to me by email.
- I will then print them off, sign them, and send the finished copy back to you by email.
- The booking process is now complete.
Booking by Post
Don't have a scanner? Post the booking forms to me.
Don't have a printer? Don't worry, I can post the forms to you.
- Once you have had a reply from me and we have discussed your requirements and how much it will cost you can download and print off 2 copies of the booking form and disclaimer relevant to your needs.
- Fill them in, make sure you sign all the pages, then send them all off to me at the address on the form.
- Once I have received them I will sign the booking forms, I will keep one copy and send the other copy back to you.
- Let me know when you have received them.
- Your booking is now complete.
Don't have a printer? Don't worry, I can post the forms to you.
- Text me your full name and address (or tell me over the phone), along with a few details about the event. Let me know that you don't have a printer and I can send you the booking forms through the post. I will have already signed them so all you need to do is fill them in, sign them and send one copy of the booking form and disclaimer back to me by post.
- Once we have both signed the forms and have a copy each the booking is complete.
